PAYMENT POLICIES:
* We reserve the right to make changes in itineraries without prior notice if considered appropiate due to national park rules, force majeure or any consideration at our Representative's discretion, without being liable for refunds of any kind.
>> Once your arrangements are confirmed, a 35% deposit per person or charter is required for your ship accommodations. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
>> All rates are subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS:
More than 120 days prior to the departure date the 35% deposit is refundable although we may retain an administrative fee of $200 US per person. 120 - 60 days prior to departure the 35% deposit is forfeited. Less than 60 days prior to departure the full price is charged as a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation, deposits and payments may be refundable only if the tour is resold and only after the departure date. No refunds are available for unused portions of any tour.
>> By cancellation shortly before the departure, the total tour rate is forfeited.
CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT RESERVATION:
>> If the flight tickets are emitted of Galapagos options the cancellation is admitted until 3 days before departure day and total amount paid will be refunded in full.
>> Cancellation at the last minute or for a no show at the airport, a fee of 25 USD per person will be charged.
